The most important reason for hair fall is itchy and dry scalp. Therefore maintain good cleanliness for beautiful and healthy hair.
2. AVOID HOT SHOWER
Skip hot water showers, because hot water will make your hair dry and brittle as it strips the protective oils from your hair making it dull and frizzy.

Wash your hair every 3-4 days, for proper regulation of natural hair oils. Washing your hair less often will also help regain your hair's natural shine and luster.
4.THE PROPER BRUSHING TECHNIQUE
Avoid using a comb with plastic bristles to prevent hair breakage from static charging. The best way to brush your hair is by first brushing the ends to remove tangles and then take the long strokes from the roots of the hair to the ends. This technique helps in proper spreading of natural hair oil and thus prevent breakage.
Don't brush your hair too much, it is true that the brushing stimulates the blood flow to the follicles but excessive brushing will cause damage to your hair strands that results in frizzy and split ends. Split ends occur when the protective cuticle wears down from the ends of the hair.
