  • The bitter gourd is regarded the best remedy for diabetes. Drink at least one tablespoon of bitter gourd juice daily. It will reduce  sugar level in blood and urine.
  • You can take bitter gourd dried leaf powder three times a day with luke warm water or milk for a long time.
  • Have bitter gourd cooked in vegetable oil for a period of three months. It will bring down the sugar level.

  • GOOSEBERRY JUICE OR AMLA JUICE

 A tablespoon of Indian gooseberry juice mixed with a cup of fresh bitter gourd juice, taken daily for two months will enable the pancreas to secrete insulin.


  • TULSI AND NEEM WONDER


Drinking a glass of water with ten tulsi leaves, ten neem leaves and ten belpatras early morning on an empty stomach keeps the sugar level under control.

  • TURMERIC IS BENEFICIAL

white pepper
Mix and grind the 100 gm. of fenugreek seeds, 50 gm. turmeric and white pepper. Take one teaspoon of this powder with a glass of milk daily.

  • CINNAMON or DALCHINI POWDER

It is good for diabetic patients because it stabilises blood sugar due to its effects on the hormone insulin.Boil 2 gm. of cinnamon powder in 300 ml. of water. Reduce this decoction till it gets 200ml. Drink this early in the morning on an empty stomach and repeat at 4 in the afternoon.
