GREEN BASKET-  SPINACH, BROCCOLI, KIWI

These are perhaps the best fruits and veggies to consume.
They contain chlorophyll, fibre, folic acids, calcium , vitaminC and beta carotene.
The nutrients in these green veggies reduce cancer risks, lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, normalise digestion.
The nutrients present in them fight harmful radicals, boost immune system of the body, support retinal health and vision.


SPINACH
Very high in iron and folic acids.
 Its high calcium and fibre content make it good for digestion, skin and eyes.

BROCCOLI
A cruciferous vegetable, broccoli has anti cancerous properties.
    Anti oxidants, minerals and vitamins A and C make it good for                health. It is a rich source of calcium.                                                                                
KIWI 
 Rich in vitamin C and potassium, it protects against weak                  eyesight.      
 It is low in calories and high in moisture, it is a good diet food                                             too.
